Deux ans après la défaite de Ribbons Almark, les tensions restent encore fortes : Alors que Marina Ismail et Shirin Bakthiar supervisaient la construction d'une nouvelle colonie, leur navette est attaquée par des terroristes mais se retrouvent sauvée par Setsuna F.
